Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By engaging with JASSVFX Media for any digital marketing service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and JASSVFX Media (the agency).

2. Services

JASSVFX Media provides the following services:

• Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram)
• Social Media Management
• Graphics Design
• Video Editing
• Content Creation

Exact service deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins via WhatsApp or email.

3. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required before work begins (unless otherwise agreed)
• Monthly retainer services require payment by the 1st of each month
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced (see Refund Policy)
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required content, assets and access on time
• Provide timely feedback (within 48 hours) on work submitted
• Ensure ad account access and billing is active for Meta Ads
• Do not share login credentials publicly

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed. Unlimited revision requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Results Disclaimer

JASSVFX Media does not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads, sales, followers) as digital marketing outcomes depend on many external factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms. We commit to delivering professional, best-effort services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. No refunds for completed work.
