✅ When a Refund May Be Considered

A partial or full refund may be considered only in the following situations:

Work has NOT yet started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment
JASSVFX Media fails to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeline (without any valid reason)
A duplicate payment was made by error

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Work has already begun or deliverables have been shared
Client dissatisfaction due to personal preference (after revisions have been provided)
Ad performance not meeting expectations — as results depend on external factors beyond our control
Client fails to provide required content or access on time
Monthly retainer services after the billing period has started
Cancellation requested after 24 hours of payment
